The term “MLM company” isn’t exactly accurate because the company is not necessarily defined by the fact that it uses a multi-level marketing structure. Agree with most of your comments. Born and raised in the corporate community, we never even considered a MLM until came across one after retirement. Looking back we would have looked seriously at the industry much earlier. In any event, we had one good run until management made a few very bad decisions…killing 40 % of our business. Finally, you must realize that some of those you sponsor will simply just not make it. They have entered the business with the wrong impression that somehow they would become successful without doing the hard work it will take in building their business. Another important one of the MLM tips is to interview those you intend to sponsor and be selective because you will be investing time in them. Why sponsor someone that is not going to be fully invested with their time and money. It will be a waste of your time and theirs.

We will be forever working on our business if we do not have systems already in place so that ANY new team members can get training and success tips easily. The 'leader' is in trouble.
